We don't eat pizza often anymore but when we do, it's gotta be Asheville Pizza South! Their staff on the phone and pizza that we pick up is always consistently outstanding. Just remember, you get what you pay for. You pay economy, you get economy! You order from this place, you get quality food, hand crafted from happy and pleasant people you'll enjoy interacting with. I doubt you'll eat any better pizza in South Asheville!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The pizzas are always picture-perfect with all the deliciousness to back up their looks. We have tried a few of their specialty pies and have yet to be disappointed. (This is the only place where I have enjoyed a BBQ Pizza) Luke and the rest of the gang are always so kind and welcoming. They also have a couple coolers in the front full of yummy craft beers to pair with your meal. Highly recommend Asheville Pizza South. Cheers!

We are new to the area and I saw it was pizza week and my cravings for pizza started. Anyway we did not realize this was not a restaurant and was takeout only-my bad. We’re we’re immediately greeted by a friendly guy that reminded us of Duff from Ace of Cakes. He took the time to explain the specials of the week and even showed us some complete pizzas for other customers. Although hit sounded weird I went for the chicken and waffles pizza minus the pimento cheese. My wife got the Hawaiian minus the cheese. In addition we got the wings, which comes with a dry rub and options for sauces. The chicken and waffles pizza was unlike anything I’ve had. The flavors worked well as “Duff” said they would. The rub on the wings were not overpowering and did not need any extra sauce (I did get the mango habanero but barely used it). The Hawaiian was very good as well. You can also choose crust toppings. I plan to try the everything bagel. Overall a great experience and would recommend. We will be returning for sure.

Sure it’s the best pizza in Asheville. But I’m leaving a review because the people who work here are just super cool people. Always very positive and talkative, which is not my expectation from all pizza places. They go above and beyond in flavor and vibes

The wings here are the best wings I’ve had in Asheville, hands down. And if you order them for delivery, they put the sauce on the side so they don’t get soggy. Pizza is great too but don’t sleep on the wings.

Best Pizza I have ever had! Quality ingredients. Best service when it comes to delivery, and purposeful intentions creating these pizzas. There is a work ethic that is rarely seen these days.

THE standard for vegan pizza in the AVL area. I can't say enough about the quality of the ingredients and the finished pizza, just wow. And don't even get me started about the crew - they are the nicest guys every time I pick-up and they look like they are having an absolute blast making pizzas. I honestly wish I could hang out with these guys! Truly a gem of a spot and food made with care/love. Keep it up y'all!

This place is awesome. Both pizzas we ordered were absolutely amazing from the first bite to the crust. The staff is also very chill and they gave me and my buddies some free t shirts. Atmosphere was also very cool inside of the joint. I definitely recommend checking them out.
